You are not here by accident.  If you are frustrated with pain and health challenges we will work together to assess your symptoms and goals for improvement.  While I do not diagnose or prescribe we will look at alternatives to what isn’t working.  My goal is to help you ENJOY your life to the max.

What to Expect

On your first visit you will be asked to complete some basic informational forms so that I can assess your needs and be aware of any health activities that are active. This will allow me to make recommendations to help you reach your desired outcome in a safe and comfortable manner.

Company Policies

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

Because your appointment time has been saved especially for you, a 12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone who may be waiting for an appointment to schedule.

• If you fail to give a 12 hour advance notice you will be charged a “no show/late cancellation fee” equal to 1/2 the amount of your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for
whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Arriving late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your
session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow
yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers,
please plan accordingly to be on time.


Please be aware that all GROUPONS and LIVING SOCIAL certificates have been expired for well over 2 years but they can still be used for the purchase price NOT the deal price.  Thank you

Due to the fact that groupons are a very heavily discounted service no shows are considered REDEEMED…last minute cancellations (first offense) will be assessed a $15 rescheduling fee (second offense) you may use it for the amount you paid to apply to a regular priced serviced after that it is considered redeemed.  We respect your time please show us the same courtesy.


Because evening and Saturdays are considered PRIME time appointments a slight “PRIME TIME” fee may be assessed for appointments scheduled at those times.
